Throughout her career working as a clinical and outpatient dietitian, her business has grown but her mission has always remained consistent; help transform lives through fun, fearless nutrition solutions.
Having suffered from chronic digestive health issues as a child, Sarah was drawn towards the healing benefits that nutritional therapy could offer.
After experiencing the frustration of inadequate medical answers to her health issues, Sarah was determined to study how functional nutrition practices could alleviate her chronic symptoms.
