Meet Sarah Marie Jackson MS, RDN, CLT

Throughout her career working as a clinical and outpatient dietitian, her business has grown but her mission has always remained consistent; help transform lives through fun, fearless nutrition solutions. Having suffered from chronic digestive health issues as a child, Sarah was drawn towards the healing benefits that nutritional therapy could offer. After experiencing the frustration of inadequate medical answers to her health issues, Sarah was determined to study how functional nutrition practices could alleviate her chronic symptoms. As a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN), Sarah couldn’t settle for conventional treatment options for her clients, which is why she decided to dive into the world of integrative and functional nutrition. Her purpose was clear, she was going to use her knowledge to help transform lives by combining the evidence-based practices she had studied for years, with functional nutrition strategies that focus on the root cause of symptoms rather than just managing them. Sarah’s passion for the gut-brain connection, nutrition, psychology, cooking, and helping others, led to the inception of Origin Nutrition. Now working as a practitioner, Sarah finds fulfillment in evaluating each of her client’s needs and providing comprehensive plans to help attain their individual health goals. Sarah lives in Orange County California but also works remotely to help clients all over the world.
