Turmeric Ginger Immunity Tonic

I absolutely LOVE turmeric! It’s a versatile spice in meals, a natural food coloring 🧡 and it makes a great base for my immunity tonic⚕️

Turmeric has been used in Ayurvedic 🌱medicine as a natural digestive healing ❤️agent for many years. Western medicine 🏥 is now studying it’s impact on gut inflammation and gut permeability (aka leaky gut)‼️

It may also help in the management of exercise-induced inflammation and muscle soreness! 💪🤯

This turmeric ginger tonic also contains camu camu powder, which is a potent source of vitamin C⭐️. Vitamin C acts as an antioxidant in the body, scavenging 👀for free radicals that can be harmful to human heath. 😵

Curcumin is the active ingredient in turmeric, which gives it its signature anti-inflammatory prosperities. Black pepper contains a compound called peperine, which increasing the bioavailability of turmerics wonderful benefits. The pair are a match made in heaven!

I recommend this tonic to my clients looking for a immunity boost💫 or those looking to proactively address gut inflammation💥
