They can be kept in an airtight container in the freezer for 2 weeks 🗓which is super convenient on those busy days when meal prep just isn’t feasible🙋‍♀️

Just 3 of these gems contains 4 grams of fiber and 4 grams plant 🌱 based protein!🙌 You can bump up the fiber content by swapping PB for almond butter and increase pro by adding protein powder 💪

Here’s what you’ll need:

– Food processor

– Parchment paper

Yields: 9 servings

Ingredients:

– 1 1/2 cup pitted dates

– 1/3 cup all natural peanut butter

– 1/8th tsp salt

– 6 ounces slivered almonds

How it goes down:

  1. In a food processor, process dates until smooth.
  2. Add peanut butter and salt.
  3. Roll into 1″ balls then roll over sliced almonds and place on parchment paper.
  4. Freeze in an airtight container for at least an hour. Enjoy!💋

TIP:

These can be stored in the freezer for 2 weeks. When ready to eat, simply let come to room temperature for 10 minutes.
