Here’s what you’ll need:
– Food processor
– Parchment paper
Yields: 9 servings
Ingredients:
– 1 1/2 cup pitted dates
– 1/3 cup all natural peanut butter
– 1/8th tsp salt
– 6 ounces slivered almonds
How it goes down:
- In a food processor, process dates until smooth.
- Add peanut butter and salt.
- Roll into 1″ balls then roll over sliced almonds and place on parchment paper.
- Freeze in an airtight container for at least an hour. Enjoy!💋
TIP:
These can be stored in the freezer for 2 weeks. When ready to eat, simply let come to room temperature for 10 minutes.
