These gems are packed with omega 3 fats that help reduce inflammation👏, gut loving fiber and plant 🌱 based protein 💪They’re also gluten free and suitable for those with celiac disease or gluten sensitivities 🙋♀️
Here’s what you’ll need:
Yields: 12 servings
- 1/4 cup gluten free oats
- 3 1/2 tablespoons oat flour (I just blended oats)
- 3 1/2 tablespoons protein (I used Ayurvedic pro – use discount code SARAH for 20% off)
- 3 1/2 tablespoons ground flax
- 1 3/4 tablespoons chia seeds
- 3 1/2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- Almond milk (if needed for consistency)
- Coconut flakes to coat
Directions:
- Mix all ingredients except for coconut flakes and craneberries.
- Fold cranberries into “dough”.
- Roll into 2″ balls and coat with coconut flakes.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
